A nice apartment with good facilities but mean in arrangement.
Positive: It is newly furnished. The room is spacious.
Negative: The owner kept reminding us to keep the house as in original condition and asked us to check out sharp on time because the cleaner will come around check out time. It makes us very stressful. But there was food crust on the kitchen floor when we arrived. After confirming of booking, I was asked either to give deposit £400 or pay an extra fee. I did not have such arrangement in booking.com over the years.

Lovely place to stay and less than a minute from Bowness town.
Positive: Perfect place to stay ! Location is exceptional

was clean.
Negative: The staircase was dirty.
It's inconvenient; climbing stairs is difficult, and carrying luggage is a hassle.
The heater was on all night, but it was very cold inside the room.
