Little Barn -cosy barn conversion in Ambleside with amazing views

Very n8ce Positive: Beautiful location, really well presented dwelling, very clean. Negative: We had issues with the smoke alarms, agent was very helpful but it was still a nuisance. Itemising £120 for cleaning erks a bit, we were only thete two nights and we left it spotless.

Positive: Fantastic location for where we wanted to be. Really cute, carefully thought out barn conversion, everything we needed was there. 15 min walk into Ambleside which has everything you could need. Walks on the doorstep which our dogs loved.

Fabulous! Positive: Well situated for great walks and views. Very well equipped kitchen and felt comfortable for two couples who know each other well. Very tasteful decor and furnishings Negative: A dishwasher would have been amazing! But appreciate not a lot of room in the kitchen but that is a real nit pick! We loved it and all said we would love to buy it if we could

Lake District Gem Positive: The location was about as perfect as it is possible to get, in the Lake District. We had access to a small fell out the back which was great for walking the dog or we could walk right through Ambleside and staight up onto some of the high fells. There was private arking available right outside. Some basic ingredients were in the cupboards. The BBQ was clean and fit for use. Negative: not much

Just what we needed Positive: Perfect location, really good kitchen. The hosts clearly have thought a lot about what people might want or need when staying here Negative: Upstairs bedroom not very clean - dusty and walls hadn’t been cleaned from previous visit -mud and marks on them :(
